What is a gutta printed silk?
The gutta printed scarve is a pre-drawn silk . It is ready to use . Printed silk is practical because the illustrations are already drawn on it with gutta which precisely delimits the edges. Thus, your color will not overflow on another. Color limitation is controlled.

How to use the gutta printed silks?
The pre-gutta is ready to use .
Just stretch your silk on your notched frame, using thumbtacks or claws.
Once your silk is stretched, you can move on to painting. You can use steamable paint or not.
Then let your creation dry and fix the colors using the steamer for steamable colors, or an iron (or microwave).
