ARASILK Heat-Fixed Silk Paint
Arasilk paints by H-Dupont are pigment based silk paints.
They are only used in painting and the finished product has a right side and a reverse. All colours can be mixed together. The medium is used to obtain pastel colours. To be used with the auxiliaries and the water-based guttas. They can be used on silk, but also on wool, cotton, linen.
They are heat fixed colours, so you will not need an steamer! The colours are fixed by ironing for 5 minutes on the reverse side or in the oven at 130°C for 5 to 10 minutes.
To wash the silk after fixation, gently wash in lukewarm water, then rinse with cold water. Clean the used accessories with water.
